Shipping and COD Charges:

All domestic orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD), are shipped free of cost, even to the most remote parts of India. However, for security reasons, COD is not available for purchases exceeding Rs. 5,000/-.

Tracking of Orders:

Once your shipment is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send the package tracking information to your registered mobile number. Please note that each order will be shipped to a single destination address specified during the order placement. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.

Estimated Delivery Time:

We generally process orders within 1 to 3 business days. However, customized orders may take longer to process. All orders will be dispatched from our centralized Delhi Warehouse. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Tier 1 cities: 1 to 3 working days from the dispatch date.
• Tier 2 cities: 3 to 5 working days from the dispatch date.
• Tier 3 cities: 3 to 7 working days from the dispatch date.

There are no additional taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price, including taxes. Our prices include all applicable taxes, and what you see is what you pay!

International Shipping:

We offer International Shipping facility as well, but it is chargeable. For international shipping, we use reputed courier partners such as Fedex, India Post, Bombino Express, etc. The delivery time for international orders depends on the chosen shipping service. The shipping cost will be based on the actual expenses, which may vary from country to country and depends on the chosen delivery speed. We will provide you with tracking details within 24 hours after dispatching your international order.
