Return Policy

"We are delighted to offer a 10-day Return or Exchange policy for items that are unused and unworn. To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your item must be in the same pristine condition as when you received it and should be in its original packaging.

Please note that international orders do not qualify for exchange, return, or replacement.

For your convenience, we would like to inform you that our team will thoroughly inspect the item before proceeding with the refund or exchange.
The following conditions apply for the acceptance of returns:

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original box along with our invoice.
  • The product should be new and in an unused condition, free from any scratches, marks, or damages.
  • Resized, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for refund/exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact HEDAAZ's customer support through call, text, or email at (9810269830) or (care@hedaaz.com) to inform us about the item you wish to return, along with your order number. Our team will authorize the Replacement/Return once this information is provided.
  2. We will arrange a pick-up from the address you provide.
  3. Secure your jewelry with the original packing materials and hand it over to our pick-up agent.
  4. Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly process your refund/exchange/repair.
