  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.                   
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, promotions), dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always strive to ship at the earliest.

  • Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or unforeseen events.

 

Shipping Charges

 

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal shipping charges will apply for COD orders.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

 

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all serviceable locations across India.
  • COD orders are confirmed based on order details and availability.
  • Orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery failures.
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD facility for future orders.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delays & Exceptions

 

  • While we aim to deliver within the promised timeline, delays may occur due to:

Ø  Weather conditions

Ø  Government restrictions

Ø  Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • In such cases, our support team will assist you with updates.

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

 

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • HEDAAZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, the refund (if applicable) will exclude the shipping and handling charges.

  

Damaged or Missing Items

 

  • All orders are securely packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
  • If you receive a damaged, tampered, or missing item:

Ø  Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Ø  Share an unboxing video clearly showing the order details, package and issue.

Ø  After verification, resolution (replacement or refund) will be initiated as per our policy.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
