Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal shipping charges will apply for COD orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all serviceable locations across India.
- COD orders are confirmed based on order details and availability.
- Orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.
- Please ensure accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery failures.
- Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD facility for future orders.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
- HEDAAZ is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
- If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, the refund (if applicable) will exclude the shipping and handling charges.
Damaged or Missing Items
- All orders are securely packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
- If you receive a damaged, tampered, or missing item:
Ø Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
Ø Share an unboxing video clearly showing the order details, package and issue.
Ø After verification, resolution (replacement or refund) will be initiated as per our policy.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
