At Hedaaz Jewellery, we take great pride in crafting quality pieces and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange guidelines below:
Cancellations

Order Cancellation requests will be accepted if made within 3 hrs working days from the date of placing the order, provided the item has not already been shipped or customized.

Once the order has been dispatched or moved into the customization phase (e.g., engraving, resizing), it cannot be cancelled.

Hedaaz Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, payment issues, or technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds & Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product. Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.

Upon verification, we will initiate either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference and product eligibility.

Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and all accompanying certificates (if applicable).
Non-Refundable Items

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is non-refundable unless delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging/certificates will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
🛑 No Return/Exchange for Orders Below ₹799
Jewellery priced under ₹799 is not eligible for return or exchange.
Exceptions:-
If the item received has a manufacturing defect, or

If the wrong product was sent by us.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original mode of payment.

Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Warranty-Related Concerns

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly for service or repair support.
Return/Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of purchase.
🚚 Courier Charges
As we offer handcrafted products with limited margins, we kindly request customers to bear the courier charges for both sides (sending and receiving) during return or exchange.
